Exact date to be confirmed, but it's looking like January for a new EP on Universal Vibes with two new tracks, a great remix of 'Duh' (from the FuJi EP) by Suade (Adapted Vinyl), plus another mystery bonus remix tbc.

There's also a brand new exclusive track up for free download for people on the mailing list: DoG dub.

Paddy from Universal Vibes very kindly set me up with a page at reverbnation. They're a bit corporate - kept sending emails saying my "band equity" was nearing a cap (not good I don't think). But they do have some nifty widgets including a top-quality music player and a mailing list where you can sign up for exclusive downloads.

The FuJi EP is finally out now on vinyl. Available in some good record shops, or online at
Juno (UK), loop 23 (Germany), HMV (Japan), Groove Dis (USA).

The FuJi EP (Deep Contact, Duh, FuJi, The Feeling) will be out on vinyl on Mon 15 September Mon 29 September - bit delayed as apparently people don't buy so many records when on their summer holidays (other way round for me, but still). More details soon on reviews and where to buy. The tracks are up on my myspace page.

Butti 49, 'Incurable' remixes and versions out now on Exceptional Records. Featuring the sultry vocals of Mayia James and including Young David vocal and dub mixes. Available exclusively from Beatport and iTunes.

Also did a remix of of the theme tune of legendary Swedish TV culcha programme 'Kobra' - free download from svt's site here. It's a bit lofi so probably doesn't make that much difference, but high-quality .mp3 available too for anyone who wants one - give me a shout here.

I signed a deal for a four-track EP with London-based label Universal Vibes. Will be going over to London in the next couple of months for mastering and maybe a live outing. Hoping the record will be out by summer. Previews up on myspace.

What happened to my first remix - of Prima Donna's 'The Ditch' - reflects the precarious state of the record industry of late. Just after most of the CDs were shipped, the distributor went bust, which means the label and artists won't get a penny from sales of those CDs.

Fortunately that doesn't apply to downloads, available from iTunes, Beatport, DJDownload, TrackItDown, Audio Jelly, Juno, DJ Tunes, HRFQ, Xpressbeats and more. So head along to one of these if you feel like supporting labels like Audio Therapy who are putting out fresh, new music.

The Ditch remix and FuJi played on Beyond Jazz in December (podcasts still available), and FuJi, The Feeling and a new tune Duh on Universal Vibes .

FuJi (formerly known as Untitled) played on Simon Harrison's Basic Soul radio show. And another couple of new tracks up: The Feeling and Deep Contact here.

My remix of Prima Donna's 'The Ditch' is out on 19 November on Audio Therapy's Autumn/Winter CD. Info and sound samples on therapy's site and the track is also up here in glorious myspace quality.

... but been busy.

I've been doing a few house tracks lately - a couple of remixes on my myspace page which should be released in the not too distant future.

Also Natalie and I did a bossa nova cover of a Norwegian deathpunk track which, unlikely as that may sound, should be coming out on a compilation in the autumn. Can't put the track up yet, but check out our myspace: Como Si Nada.

Also been doing some music to picture, but more on that next time. Trevlig sommar.

I'm producing some tracks with Natalie Knutzen, an amazing singer and guitarist from Argentina. On the music page: 'Permission to speak', featuring Santiago Jimenez on violin.

- The perils of the charity shop. 'Monkey' is a kind of broken bossa with vocals from a dodgy old record used to teach English to the world's children.
- And 'All electro now'. Not my usual thing, but came to Sweden, wrote a pop song. With lo-fi robot vocals.
